Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Specialist to join our finance team in Novara, Italy. As an Accounting Specialist, you will play a critical role in the monthly closing and reporting process to our US parent company under US GAAP, including preparation of journal entries and account reconciliations.

You will also assist with local Italian reporting under local GAAP principles and undertake ad-hoc tasks to support the overall finance team in their activities as well as Financial Planning processes (Monthly Forecasting / Annual Budget).

The successful candidate will have 5+ years of relevant accounting experience and be an advanced user of Excel. They should possess good systems knowledge – Oracle / Hyperion, and have a good level of English.

Required Skills and Qualifications

An Administration Diploma and strong analytical skills are essential for this role. You should be a strong team player and communicator, able to work closely with the finance team to achieve goals and objectives.

Salary

We estimate the annual salary for this position to be around €55,000 - €65,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
