Techyon, a leading Information Technology recruitment agency, is seeking a highly skilled Information Security Governance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of IT security policies, standards, and guidelines across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security governance, compliance, and risk management, with a proven track record of implementing and maintaining robust security controls. You will work closely with our security leader to execute timely controls related to the area and manage the ISO 27001 certification.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing and maintaining appropriate security routines in accordance with IT corporate security and compliance policies and technical standards.
  • Providing basic security knowledge for investigations, projects, and incidents.
  • Using risk analysis as a basis for managing IS/IT operations and controls at the IT market level.
  • Supporting the monitoring and fixing of gaps reported in the Security & Compliance Index report system.
  • Advising and reporting management and the IT community on non-compliant issues.
  • Implementing and providing end-to-end support for central security solutions.
  • Communicating security policies, compliance-related topics, and technical standards to the market IT and user community.
  • Managing IT audit activities related to the reliance of IT systems in collaboration with technical security engineers.

Requirements include:

  • Fluent Italian and English language skills (B2 level).
  • At least 3 years of experience in security governance, security compliance, and assessment.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Achievement focus, high energy, and commitment to results.
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to deal with senior management.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Project management skills.
  • Commitment to a strong work ethic, integrity, honesty, compliance, and quality.
  • Personal relations based on trust and mutual respect.
  • Continuous improvement mindset.

Location: Assago (MI). Smart-working available.
