Sales Opportunities:
We are seeking an experienced Field Clinical Specialist to join our team in Central-Southern Italy. As a Field Clinical Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical and educational support to assigned accounts at a Territory level. Your primary focus will be on case support, basic troubleshooting, programming, and patient follow-up for our company's products.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

1. Providing field clinical support in the areas of supporting case coverage, basic troubleshooting, programming, and patient follow-up for company products.

2. Attending cases face-to-face with customers and advising physicians on clinical attributes/techniques associated with our products.

3. Ensuring timely collection and reporting of all required medical documentation pertaining to our procedural device operation.

4. Supporting the team to achieve projected sales goals and increase sales revenues.

5. Developing a deep understanding of hospital workflows and specificities to make new contacts in other departments within hospitals and identify key decision-makers to facilitate future sales.

6. Responding to complex customer needs and complaints regarding products and service by developing creative and feasible solutions or working with other related personnel to develop optimal solutions.

7. Recording customer information and activities in our CRM system and using it as an alignment tool with other commercial roles.

8. Providing education support on product usage and customer training.
