Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Laundry Attendant for our esteemed establishment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collect soiled uniforms and distribute clean ones to staff according to departmental guidelines.
  • Ensure all informational documents on uniform tags are clear and accurately distributed.
  • Document and guide employees on the dry cleaning process for uniforms.
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of uniforms.
  • Address guest requests for clothing repairs.
  • Monitor and uphold the expected inventory levels.
  • Maintain confidentiality with hotel guests.
  • Return lost and found items to the Housekeeping department.
  • Sort and tally soiled linen from the wardrobe.
  • Oversee the return of linen from external service providers.
  • Organize clean linen on designated shelves.

Required Skills:

  • Teamwork, effective communication, technical skills, and emotional intelligence.

Qualifications:

  • Flexibility with work shifts and availability to work on holidays.
  • Attention to detail.
