Job Title: Integration Architect



About the Role:



We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our Central Integration Team as an Integration Architect. This pivotal member will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all activities related to software program integration, applications, and third-party solutions to meet the organization's business requirements.



The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of technical solutions, including MuleSoft and Microsoft Azure API Management Services. Experience with the implementation of Continuous Integration practices (Azure DevOps) is also required. Proficiency in relational database design and management techniques, as well as knowledge of SQL language (T-SQL), is essential.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Develop and maintain an integration architecture blueprint for the organization.
  • Ensure integration planning and practices align with strategic business goals and the company's overall strategic vision.
  • Develop a deep understanding of technical solutions and synthesize complex analytics-derived insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Plan, execute, and manage the integration of new applications into existing systems and software throughout the enterprise.
  • Contribute to analyzing, designing, and implementing RESTful services (APIs) within the integration architecture standards.
  • Work with project teams to define requirements for integration requests into the Enterprise Architecture.
  • Manage internal resources and provide guidance to junior team members.
  • Assist with incident response, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem resolution.
  • Develop standards and processes to support and facilitate integration projects and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with analysts, designers, and system owners in testing newly-integrated software programs and applications.
  • Build relationships with vendors of application software deployed in the organization's IT environment.
  • Work with Product Owner(s) to shape the end-to-end product strategy and determine business value.
  • Research and make recommendations on integration products and services.


Requirements:



To succeed in this role, you will need:




  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience (> 5 years) in a similar role, working as an Enterprise Architect or Integration Architect.
  • Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish.
  • Proven experience in developing enterprise and solution-level architectural designs.
  • Proven experience in overseeing the linking of cross-functional applications between disparate business units and systems.
  • Extensive experience with core software applications, including MuleSoft and Microsoft Azure API Management Services.
  • Experience with the implementation of Continuous Integration practices (Azure DevOps).
  • Experience working with APIs from commercial software applications.
  • Knowledge of relational database design and management techniques.
  • Excellent knowledge of SQL language (T-SQL).
  • Web development technology-related experience is a plus.
  • Experience in Agile methodologies, including Scrum and traditional waterfall approach.
  • Oustanding communications skills to interface with high-level business owners, key-users, and IT specialists.
  • Problem-solving/support-oriented attitude, proactive, result-oriented.
