About the Role:

As a Project Manager, Capital projects, you will oversee engineering projects in accordance with established schedules and budgets. You will provide support for capital planning and project execution, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and/or provide support to project execution within the Engineering department
  • Coordinate project teams during the entire life-cycle of a Project, including feasibility studies, vendor selection, scheduling, installation, commissioning, and qualification
  • Support the engineering department in delivering compliant and robust engineered solutions to improve efficiency of systems and equipment based on best practices
  • Support the planning and execution of site capital investment projects to ensure that projects are on time and on budget
  • Support the request and approval process for capital funding
  • Guarantee the adequate project cost and cash-flow management by supporting the forecasting process
  • Participate in coordination and supervision of external suppliers in the execution of the Project
  • Lead and/or support change management process, including risk assessment execution and monitoring of quality-related activities
  • Manage alternative solutions and/or support investigations in case of deviations during the execution of the Project

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering (preferred in industrial topics: Chemistry, Electric, etc.)
  • Demonstrated experience in engineering and adequate knowledge of systems, equipment, facilities, automation is required
  • At least five years of experience in the role of project manager within a pharmaceutical operations/manufacturing environment
  • Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and coaching skills
  • Project management skills
  • Fluency in English (both written and oral)
