The PVH Southeast Hub is a dynamic and diverse organization, responsible for developing the PVH brands (Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein) in emerging markets such as Italy, Turkey, Greece, the Middle East, Africa, and the CIS region. As a Junior Retail Business Analyst, you will play a key role in providing accurate financial and commercial information by researching and analyzing sales data, market information, and preparing reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly/FY reporting (Net Sales and business KPI, Omnichannel Services, etc.)
  • Top line budgeting, forecasting, and related activities
  • Management of monthly stores' target setting process
  • Liasing with Business Controlling Team to support P&L analysis of current stores portfolio
  • Analyzing redemption of marketing and promotional initiatives
  • Supporting the management of weekly and ad-hoc Retail related meetings
  • Building strong relationship with Retail Stakeholders
  • Collaborating across departments (Marketing, IT, Operations, HR, etc.)

Requirements:
  • Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering or Statistics or any related fields
  • 1 or 2 years' experience in structured environments
  • Excellent User of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluency in English (both spoken and written)
  • Dynamic, proactive, and strong relationship skills and ability to interact with colleagues at all levels of the organization
  • Willing to learn, work independently, and prioritize daily activities
