About the Role

We are seeking an experienced EHS Project Specialist to join our team at Alstom. As an EHS Project Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and environmentally responsible execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Installation Managers to maintain the Work Safety Management System in compliance with OHSAS 18001.
  • Conduct risk assessments and identify preventive and protective measures for the working environment, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Develop and implement preventive and protective measures, as well as control systems for these measures.
  • Elaborate EHS measures to be taken on projects.
  • Inform workers on health and safety risks related to the company's activity.
  • Manage the Prevention and Protection Service, perform compliance audits, manage budgets, and action plans.
  • Draft SOPs/DUVRIs for the Worksite.
  • Verify safety documentation received from subcontractors/sub-suppliers.

Requirements

  • Technical degree (Environmental Engineering) is a plus.
  • At least 5 years of experience as EHS Technician/Engineer in Field Installation sector.
  • ASPP/RSPP and ISO 14001 auditor qualifications are a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of safety (D.L. 81/08), environmental (D.L. 152/06), and ISO 14001 standards.
  • Availability to travel to other offices and construction sites of the Company.
