TN Italy offers a range of innovative solutions for the healthcare insurance sector, including Claim Management Solution, CRM, and Marketplace.

We're seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team and drive sales growth across our product portfolio.

In this role, you'll be responsible for presenting our solutions to insurance companies, clinics, and hospitals, highlighting their potential to improve efficiency and patient care.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Solution Selling: Present tailored solutions that meet client requirements, emphasizing value and ROI.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Oversee the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely follow-ups.
  • Client Engagement: Foster strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their business challenges and objectives.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends in the healthcare insurance sector.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 4 years of enterprise sales experience.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Claim Management flows and processes between healthcare facilities and insurance companies.
  • Education: BSc in Economics, Business Administration or Engineering.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Languages: Native Italian (C2), Business-level English (B2).
