About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Graduate Technical Field Application Engineer to join our team at Arrow Electronics. As a Technical Field Application Engineer, you will play a critical role in providing technical support and expertise to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical guidance and support to customers on Arrow's products, services, and solutions.
  • Assist customers in designing and developing custom solutions that meet their unique specifications.
  • Collaborate with customers and internal teams to develop and deliver solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Act as a liaison between the customer and suppliers, ensuring that the customer's requirements are understood and met.
  • Suggest mechanical solutions and techniques that can benefit the overall cost of the Bills Of Material (BOM) or improve availability of parts in respect to lead times.
Requirements
  • You must have a legal right to work in the country where the position is located.
  • You have obtained or will obtain a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechatronics or Electronics Engineering related studies in 2024 or not more than 2 years ago.
  • Business fluent Italian AND English (oral written).
  • Sound knowledge of concepts in Electronics Engineering.
  • Good understanding of latest technologies and trends in the market.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, be able to interact proactively with the team and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to learn new platforms and systems with an innovative approach.
  • Developing of customized specifications utilizing 3D software like AutoCAD, Solidworks, Inventor... is strongly recommended.
