Job Summary:

Vestas is seeking a highly skilled SCADA/IT Systems Specialist to join our Regional Support team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing, implementing, and maintaining SCADA systems that support our wind technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide level 1 support for SCADA and IT systems in wind farms
  • Perform platform troubleshooting, server hardware, and software maintenance
  • Offer remote support to service technicians in on-site operations
  • Manage and update internal ticketing tools
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation

Requirements:

  • Technical education in IT, Electronics, or a related field
  • Experience with server operating systems, Linux, and SQL servers
  • Proficiency in VMware
  • Knowledge of networking and configuration
  • PLC programming and communication protocols (IEC, IEC, MODBUS, DNP, OPC) is beneficial
  • Excellent English skills, both verbal and written
  • Valid driver's license
