Job Description

A leading company in the industry, based in the vicinity of Carnate (MB), is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Specialist with excellent knowledge of English and German languages.

The successful candidate will be part of the Commercial Department team and will be responsible for managing orders and related export procedures for the German market (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).

The ideal candidate will be responsible for communicating with clients, ensuring a high level of service, and resolving any issues or complaints that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage orders and related export procedures for the German market
  • Communicate with clients to ensure a high level of service
  • Resolve any issues or complaints that may arise
  • Collaborate with the Commercial Department team to achieve sales goals

Requirements:

  • Degree in Linguistics or related field
  • Excellent knowledge of English and German languages
  • Knowledge of commercial procedures and export documentation
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Availability to participate in industry events or trade fairs

Contract Details:

  • Full-time contract with Adecco Filiale di Merate
  • Opportunity for Smart working (up to 2 days/week)

  • Salary commensurate with experience
