We are seeking a talented Senior Product Manager to join our team and lead the development of our fashion search experience. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining the vision and strategy for post-filtering search results quality for Amazon EU and WW. You will work closely with our Search Experience, Search Relevance, TenSearch, ASCS, and RBS teams to deliver joint roadmaps and inspire customers and industry stakeholders by consistently raising the bar on what it means to deliver an engaging, inspiration-based shopping experience for fashion.

The successful candidate will have experience in influencing senior leadership through data-driven insights, working across functional teams and senior stakeholders, and diving deeper into business performance and presenting to senior leadership. They should also be able to drive execution, stay ahead of dependencies, make smart tradeoffs, coordinate technology development, and maintain communication throughout the organization to force-multiply and guarantee smooth and efficient product delivery.
