- Identify and leverage market incentives, grants, and subsidies to support the transition to more resilient and sustainable energy models.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Energy Management, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Experience in energy markets, and resilience planning.
- Strong understanding of energy market dynamics, grid operations, and regulatory landscapes.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing energy strategies and resilience plans.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional certification in energy management.
- Experience with renewable energy projects, energy storage solutions, and smart grid technologies.
- Familiarity with sustainability reporting frameworks and standards.
