Job Description

Our client, a global leader in non-invasive neurosurgical treatments, is seeking a seasoned professional to drive sales and marketing efforts in Eastern Europe, Turkey, and the Middle East. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to expand the company's presence in the region.

Main Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Define annual business goals for the region, build a pipeline of business opportunities, and manage relationships with partners and key opinion leaders.
  • Sales Execution: Develop sales strategies for three commercially released products, follow up on sales execution plans, and ensure working relationships with business partners.
  • Region Marketing: Work with the VP marketing and product managers to define marketing plans for the region and customize sales/marketing tools to convey the company's value proposition.
  • Reimbursement and Regulatory: Lead the process of obtaining reimbursement, work with the reimbursement team to define a reimbursement strategy, and support the VP regulatory in the preparation and implementation of the regulatory plan.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of sales experience in capital medical devices in the region.
  • NEUROSURGERY market experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, with strong written and spoken English.
  • Ability to act with limited supervision, using own initiative to continually grow the market.
