MacDermid Enthone Industrial Solutions is a global supplier of industrial metal and plastic finishing chemistries. We primarily design and manufacture chemical systems that protect and decorate surfaces.

Our high-performance functional coatings improve resistance to wear and tear, such as hard chrome plating of shock absorbers for cars or provide corrosion resistance for appliance parts. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced ASPP (Safety, Health and Environmental Protection) professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development of safety procedures for various company activities, collaborating with the RSPP in carrying out tasks proper to the Prevention and Protection Service.

The role will involve collaborating in the drafting of the company Training Plan, monitoring its timely implementation and legal deadlines. The candidate will also provide workers with the information and training required by current regulations, and collaborate in the maintenance and improvement of the safety management system in accordance with Legislative Decree 105/2015.

• Collaborate with the RSPP in the Prevention and Protection Service
• Draft and implement the company Training Plan
• Provide workers with information and training required by current regulations
• Maintain and improve the safety management system in accordance with Legislative Decree 105/2015
• Participate in the investigation and management of safety Non Conformities

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in chemical, environmental, safety at work or similar engineering, and over 3+ years of experience in a similar role. The candidate should have strong team-building skills and the ability to work with a diverse group of people.

Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of RIR Prevention regulations are preferred. The candidate should also be able to establish personal credibility at all levels, building effective relationships and embracing change.
