Senior Specialist (MAINFRAME-COBOL-JCL-DB2)

Work Location:

Bari, Italy (Hybrid – 2 days in office)

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Specialist to join our team at Net2Source Inc. in Bari, Italy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mainframe application development using COBOL and other programming languages.

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
  2. Experience: At least 10 years of experience in mainframe application development using COBOL and other programming languages.
  3. Mainframe Operating Systems: Strong knowledge of mainframe operating systems such as zOS and zVSE.
  4. Tools and Technologies: Experience with tools such as CICS, JCL, VSAM, and DB2.
  5. Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
