About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Supervisor to join our team at DSV Solutions. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of building functions, ensuring the safety and functionality of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all building facilities adhere to proper safety standards and cleaning procedures
  • Keep equipment and building provisions to meet health and safety requirements
  • Organize and plan building installments and refurbishments
  • Supervise facilities staff and communicate with external contractors and vendors
  • Handle insurance and general service contracts
  • Keep building and all facilities up to code and accurately follow maintenance protocol

Requirements

  • Advanced mechanical and plumbing skills
  • Plant engineering for Fire prevention
  • Knowledge of HVAC and other building systems
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills
  • Basic understanding of accounting and finance principles
