About the Role

TMC is seeking a highly skilled Site Manager and Project Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful completion of projects, managing site operations, and overseeing the installation and commissioning of industrial automation systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate site activities, ensuring compliance with project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Supervise and direct a team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
  • Develop and implement site management plans, including risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and submit project reports, including site progress updates and technical documentation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as automation, robotics, electronics, or mechanical engineering.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial automation, construction, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing projects and teams.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of main PLCs (Siemens, Rockwell, etc.) and experience with AutoCAD or similar software.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
