About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team at Auto1 Group GmbH. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving strategic initiatives and providing leadership with critical data insights and comprehensive reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in developing and maintaining data models and reporting systems to support business decision-making.
  • Conduct analysis of business performance, identifying trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
  • Seek opportunities to improve data processes and methodologies, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in an analytical role.
  • Enthusiasm for problem-solving and deriving meaningful insights using data that will benefit the organization.
  • A background using Google Sheets (or Excel), SQL, and Data Visualization tools (such as Tableau and Looker Studio).
  • Basic knowledge in Python or R will be considered a plus.
