POSITION OVERVIEW

Farfetch is seeking a Digital Catalogue Specialist to become a vital part of the Digital Business team. Reporting directly to the Digital Catalogue Coordinator, you will assist in managing all Online Catalogue operations across various platforms for multiple brands.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Oversee the operational aspects of the e-commerce platform while driving commercial initiatives to meet business goals.

· Manage the product catalogue, including items, pages, images, and descriptions, along with promotions and campaigns as outlined in the commercial calendar.

· Aid in the development and execution of the commercial calendar through the platform.

· Evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) and propose actionable strategies to enhance conversion rates through comprehensive weekly and monthly reports.

· Handle workflow management and retro-planning for campaign launches.

· Conduct analysis and monitoring of digital competitors.

· Supervise the performance of the website and associated plugins, ensuring optimal functionality and addressing any technical issues promptly.

· Coordinate with the development team, prioritizing tasks and adhering to established release timelines.

QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor's degree in Economics, Marketing, or a related discipline.

· Minimum of 2 years of experience in a comparable position.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Google Analytics is highly advantageous.

· Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.

· Proficient in both Italian and English, with language skills to be assessed during the selection process.
