Job Description: As a Bar Waiter/Waitress, you will be the first point of contact for guests in our beverage outlets. Your role is to provide prompt and courteous service delivery, ensuring that guests are delighted by the quality of service and comfort in our bars.

Main Responsibilities:

• Work as a team within the bar to ensure the timely and efficient operation of the bar outlets.
• Have complete knowledge of the menus, beverages, services, and facilities provided by the hotel.
• Develop your professional skills to further increase guest satisfaction.
• Ensure a safe and hygienic work area and uphold the privacy rights of guests.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Food and Beverage/Restaurant operations.
• Passion for excellent service.
• Excellent team player.
• Excellent communication skills.
