Job Title: AI Researcher

We are seeking a dedicated and innovative AI Researcher to contribute to our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting high-quality research in various areas of artificial intelligence, including machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing and computer vision.

They will be expected to develop new algorithms, create prototypes for new software and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI.

This role requires a deep understanding of AI, excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Conducting high-quality research in artificial intelligence.
  • Developing new algorithms and creating prototypes for new software.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI.
  • Contributing to European funded projects.
  • Collaborating with other team members to achieve project goals.
  • Presentation of research findings to stakeholders.
  • Participation in relevant industry events and conferences.

Education

A Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, etc.) is required.

  • Proven experience in AI research.
  • Strong knowledge of machine learning, deep learning and other AI technologies.
  • Strong programming skills, particularly in Python.
  • Experience with AI frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.

  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Soft skills

  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Ability to present complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

How does the recruitment process work?

We will collect applications and evaluate the CVs most closely aligned with the requirements. Selected candidates will undergo a motivational and aptitudinal interview with the HR team, followed by an in-depth technical interview with the Business.

At the end of the process, the HR team will provide a feedback to the person, either positive or negative.
