About the Role


We are seeking a highly skilled Product Development Strategist to join our team at Davines Italia spa. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for defining business plans and managing product development processes across various brands.



Key Responsibilities



  • Develop and execute business plans for new products and product families to drive brand growth and revenue
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop innovative products that meet customer needs and market trends
  • Manage product development timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely launches and maximum return on investment
  • Analyze sales data and market research to inform product development decisions and optimize marketing strategies
  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and partners to ensure smooth operations and maximize value


Requirements



  • 2-3 years of experience in product development or a related field
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in product development, with a focus on strategic planning, project management, and team leadership
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
  • Fluency in English, with strong language skills and attention to detail
  • A passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of product development


What We Offer


Davines Italia spa offers a competitive salary package, including an estimated $80,000 - $100,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits program, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
