Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Solutions Expert to join our team at Adaptavist. As a Senior Technical Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional solutions to our clients, leveraging your expertise in ITSM, PPM, and Atlassian products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to gather and evaluate requirements, research, and present tailored solutions, making informed recommendations to drive business success.
  • Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Participate in pre-sales activities, contributing to the definition of project scope and estimates, as well as solution design.
  • Engage in internal knowledge-sharing and improvement initiatives, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Travel to client sites as needed to facilitate meetings and ensure successful project delivery.

Technical Expertise

  • Install, upgrade, and migrate Atlassian applications and associated technologies.
  • Design and implement custom Atlassian solutions, including workflow, scripting, and configuration.
  • Develop scripting solutions using languages like Groovy and Python.
  • Administer and query databases.
  • Integrate Atlassian and other applications using REST APIs.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in technical consulting, software development, or the Atlassian toolset.
  • Strong written and spoken Italian and English language skills.
  • Experience presenting solutions to customers based on provided requirements.
  • Experience writing and contributing to technical reports.
  • Experience implementing ITSM, ITIL, Agile, and PMP methodologies.
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think innovatively and creatively.
  • Strong team player with collaboration skills.
  • Self-starting, ambitious, and tenacious.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with web integration using REST APIs.
  • Knowledge of the South Europe market, particularly the Italian market.
  • Scripting experience with languages like Groovy or Python.
  • Pre-sales experience.
