Il Senior Testing Automation Engineer è un professionista che guida la creazione e l'implementazione di strategie di test automatizzati per progetti software complessi. È responsabile della progettazione, sviluppo e manutenzione di framework e script di test automatizzati, del tutoraggio degli ingegneri junior e della stretta collaborazione con team multifunzionali (sviluppatori, ingegneri QA, ingegneri AI e altri) per garantire che i prodotti software soddisfino i più alti standard di qualità.

Responsabilità Chiave
  • Guida la progettazione, sviluppo e manutenzione di framework e script di test automatizzati su più piattaforme (web, mobile, API).
  • Sviluppa ed esegue piani di test automatizzati completi per convalidare la funzionalità, le prestazioni e l'affidabilità del prodotto.
  • Forma e fornisce leadership tecnica agli ingegneri di automazione junior e di livello medio.
  • Collabora con sviluppatori software, product manager, team di quality assurance e ingegneri AI per garantire la corretta implementazione delle strategie di test automatizzati.
  • Integra gli strumenti di test automatizzati nelle pipeline CI/CD per garantire test continui e cicli di rilascio più rapidi.
  • Analizza e riporta i risultati dei test ai team di sviluppo e di prodotto, identificando aree di miglioramento e aumentando la copertura dei test.
  • Ottimizza i framework di automazione esistenti e i processi di test per migliorare l'efficienza, la scalabilità e l'affidabilità.
  • Promuove l'innovazione negli strumenti e negli approcci di test, assicurandosi che il team utilizzi tecniche e strumenti di automazione all'avanguardia.
  • Identifica e risolve i colli di bottiglia nei test, contribuendo al miglioramento complessivo del ciclo di vita dello sviluppo software.
  • Garantisce la conformità agli standard e alle migliori pratiche di test, mantenendo deliverable di alta qualità in un ambiente di sviluppo rapido.
  • Esegue test di prestazioni, carico e stress utilizzando strumenti appropriati per valutare la stabilità e la scalabilità del sistema.
Requisiti Indispensabili
  • Laurea in Informatica, Ingegneria o un campo correlato (o esperienza equivalente).
  • Oltre 5 anni di esperienza nel testing software, con un focus sull'automazione dei test.
  • Esperienza comprovata con strumenti di automazione dei test come Selenium, Appium, Cypress, TestNG o simili.
  • Forti competenze di programmazione in linguaggi come Java, Python, JavaScript o equivalenti per lo sviluppo di script di test.
  • Approfondita comprensione delle pipeline CI/CD (ad esempio, Jenkins, GitLab CI) e della loro integrazione con l'automazione dei test.
  • Esperienza con strumenti di test API e automazione (ad esempio, Postman, REST Assured, SoapUI).
  • Solida conoscenza delle metodologie Agile/Scrum ed esperienza nel lavoro con team Agile.
  • Esperienza nella risoluzione di problemi e nel debugging degli script di test e comprensione dei log di sistema per isolare i problemi.
  • Eccellenti abilità di problem-solving con attenzione ai dettagli.
  • Forti capacità comunicative, con la capacità di articolare concetti tecnici complessi a vari stakeholder.
  • Esperienza con sistemi di versioncontrol come Git e familiarità con strategie di branching.
Plus
  • Esperienza con strumenti di test delle prestazioni e del carico come JMeter o LoadRunner.
  • Conoscenza delle piattaforme cloud come AWS, Azure o Google Cloud e familiarità con tecnologie di containerizzazione (ad esempio, Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Certificazione ISTQB o altre certificazioni pertinenti in automazione dei test.
  • Esperienza nel testing di architetture a microservizi e sistemi distribuiti.
