We are seeking an experienced Automation Systems Engineer to support and train team members on DCS, QCS, and PLC maintenance tasks.
The ideal candidate will have expert-level skills in DNA programming, DCS, and QCS systems, as well as a strong background in PLC, DCS, QCS, and automation system programming.
Main Responsibilities- Support and train team members on DCS, QCS, and PLC maintenance tasks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in automation systems, including DCS, QCS, and PLC.
- Ensure all documentation is up-to-date according to customer needs.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations and provide data from automation systems.
- Develop and maintain operating procedures for DCS, QCS, and PLC systems.
- Support system lifecycle management and implement long-term strategies for automation systems.
- Expert-level skills in DNA programming, DCS, and QCS systems.
- Strong background in PLC, DCS, QCS, and automation system programming.
- Formal qualifications in a relevant engineering field.
- Strong understanding of pulp and paper processes and technical troubleshooting.
- Fluent in English; Italian is considered a plus.
- Proactive, safety-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to support and train others.
- Ability to work in a complex matrix organization.
