As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process for our Italian operations, ensuring that we achieve our goals of quality, sustainability, and cost optimization.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the bidding, negotiation, and contracting of goods and services for our Italian operations.
- Collaborate with the Procurement Partner to achieve savings, quality, and service targets.
- Ensure compliance with budgets and savings targets, identifying and addressing any deviations.
- Apply the Purchasing Policy to generate income through supplier grouping and volume optimization.
- Participate in agreements to manage budgets for investment requests and liaise with corporate procurement teams.
- Manage quotations, load information into the system, and collect documentation from suppliers.
- Resolve incidents related to supplier quality or service and support hotels with order formalization, payments, and product reception.
- Report and provide feedback to Hotel Services on hotel needs and opportunities.
- Degree in Economics or equivalent.
- Excellent analysis skills.
- Very good knowledge of English and Italian.
