Product Developer Job Description

Adecco Italia Spa is seeking a Product Developer for a leading textile company in Sesto Fiorentino. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and customizing products to meet client requirements.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Adapt and customize products to achieve desired style and textile construction goals.
  • Provide technical assistance to the sales team.
  • Develop and prepare product technical sheets.
  • Design and create product samples and prototypes.
  • Monitor product development for assigned clients and optimize internal communication.
  • Participate in design group activities for brand collection study.
  • Supervise external fashion designers and verify product samples and prototypes.
  • Ship product samples to client style offices.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of textile processing techniques, such as printing, finishing, and packaging.
  • Knowledge of specific textile processing techniques related to cutting and sewing.
  • Basic and advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop software.
  • Fluent English language skills.
