Job Title: Contract & Business Support Lead (m/f/x)

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract & Business Support Lead to join our Tolling & Business Operations department in Italy. This is a part-time (60%) / permanent position that requires strong negotiation skills and attention to detail.

The Opportunity

As the Contract & Business Support Lead, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless business operations by managing supplier relationships from selection through to purchase order confirmation. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with Global Commercial Sourcing to manage supplier contracts in alignment with company policies and driving automation improvements.
  • Developing Master Service Agreements for selected suppliers in partnership with the Legal Department.
  • Ensuring supplier approval within the system and confirming that only authorized suppliers are utilized.
  • Supporting the Head of Department in preparing and managing the Tolling Budget, tracking costs in collaboration with the Finance team.
Your Skills and Experience:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A diploma or university degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in Buyer Office Management or Business Support, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry or within a multinational company.
  • Fluent in both Italian and English.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Knowledge of SAP (SD Module) is required.
