We are seeking a talented Area/Shift Manager to join our team at Amazon Italia Logistica S.R.L. in Castel San Giovanni (PC). As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team or process from day one and driving progress towards excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team or process in one of the following areas: Receive, Stow, Pick, Pack, or Ship.
- Work at one of our Delivery Stations to continuously improve the efficiency of delivery processes.
- Safeguard team safety while at work.
- Uphold Amazon's high standards of quality.
- Demonstrate problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- Improve and streamline processes.
- Bachelor's Degree or working towards one.
- Flexibility to relocate for the position if needed.
- Willingness to work in non-traditional shift patterns, including nights and weekends.
- Fluent Italian and English language skills.
Previous work experience is a plus, but not required.
