Job Summary

At Outback Steakhouse, we seek a skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining high-quality food standards. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily restaurant operations, including appearance, presentation, and customer experience.
  • Supervise staff to maintain high employment quality standards, including hiring, development, counseling, promotion, discipline, and termination as appropriate.
  • Recruit, interview, and hire Outbackers to staff the restaurant.
  • Champion development paths for all Outbackers to reach their career goals.
  • Enforce safety and sanitary practices and maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with operational standards, company policies, federal/state/local laws, and ordinances.
  • Actively participate as a member of the management team.
  • Respond to guest comments and educate other Outbackers to act in a similar capacity.


Requirements
  • One (1) year previous restaurant management experience.
  • Must be able and willing to work a flexible schedule.
  • Minimum age 21 years.
  • Certification in food safety (preferred).
  • Willingness to relocate within the assigned region.
