About the job
We're seeking a skilled Project Leader Body to join our team at our headquarters in Sant'Agata Bolognese. As a key member of our product line, you'll be responsible for managing the activities of the body product line throughout the entire product life cycle.
Your mission will be to ensure that all targets related to design, engineering, deadlines, costs, and quality are met within your technical area. You'll be accountable for corporate responsibility for the platform contents and will initiate corrective actions if targets are endangered.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Support the Product Line Chief Technical Engineer in defining technical and product requirements within your technical area.
- Accountable for reaching targets on direct costs, investments, and supplier development costs within your technical area.
- Responsible for tracking and managing overall components timing.
- Accountable for deciding on target deviations within your delegation of authority and escalating to the Product Line in case of conflicts or deviations outside your authority.
- Responsible for achieving defined body components targets.
- Responsible for Product Conformity according to the Compliance Risk Assessment.
About you
- University degree in Engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience.
- Background in technical roles (focused on body field) and/or project management field.
- Technical knowledge on body systems (BIW, exteriors, interiors) and product development.
- Time and costs management.
- Development and Production processes.
- Project Management.
- Fluent English and Italian, German will be considered a plus.
