We are currently recruiting a Buyer Assistant Indirect Materials for an important pharmaceutical client based in Florence.

Job Summary

The Buyer Assistant Indirect Materials will be part of the Procurement Department, reporting to the Indirect Materials Manager. The role will involve supporting buyers in the procurement process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage orders using the E-Procurement system
  • Provide administrative support
  • Conduct tenders and negotiate with suppliers
  • Evaluate and qualify suppliers according to internal policies and procedures
Requirements
  • University Degree in Marketing, Economics, Management Engineering, Finance or equivalent
  • 0-1 years of experience in a similar role
  • Fluency in English and Italian
  • Knowledge of Marketing & Communication is a plus
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in teams
  • Good organizational skills
  • Curiosity, flexibility, and problem-solving skills
