About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team at Reckitt Benckiser. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Optimization and Planning: Manage and advise on ongoing optimizations during all campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI and efficiency.
  • Full Funnel Management: Plan, deliver, and optimize Amazon full funnel (branding + ecomm) campaigns with agencies and the e-commerce team.
  • Financial Management: Supervise the finance process, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of campaign performance.
  • Search Engine Management: Manage and optimize search engine advertising (SEA) and search engine optimization (SEO) efforts.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor performance at all levels of the funnel, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven solutions.
  • Automated Tools: Expand the usage of automated tools to streamline processes and enhance campaign efficiency.
  • Benchmarking: Establish and track full funnel benchmarks to measure campaign success.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Utilize Google Analytics to analyze website traffic and user engagement metrics, providing actionable insights to inform marketing strategies.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience working in a similar role at a leading company or agency.
  • Market Knowledge: Understanding of digital media and e-commerce principles in the Italian market.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with DSPs, website analytics, search engine optimization, and Amazon tools.
  • Leadership and Communication: Proven leadership and communication skills, with the ability to drive projects forward and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Education: Degree in marketing, communications, or business, with a master's degree preferred.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
