The Role: Global Supply Chain Transformation Leader

Based in Italy, this position leads change management and supply chain transformation within the region. Key responsibilities include:

Leading Change Management

  • Drive safety culture and performance in Warehousing Logistics area
  • Coordinate budget/forecasts construction and strategy for Italy from a Supply Chain perspective

Supply Chain Metrics and Performance

  • Monitor performance vs objectives, using root cause analysis and CI plan approach to drive performance improvements
  • Manage and publish performance through appropriate supply chain metrics (e.g., inventory turns, logistics costs, inventory accuracy)

Team Leadership and Development

  • Lead, animate, motivate, coach, and develop team members
  • Set challenging and achievable goals
  • Communicate strategy, manage execution of road map to excellence, and facilitate benchmarking and skills leveraging

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (desired)
  • APICS CPIM certified or equivalent (desired)
  • Proficient with ERP Planning, Material Scheduling, Distribution, Warehousing functionality Planning Role in manufacturing environment
  • Site/Warehouse SC Manager experience (minimum 3 years)
