Plant Controller

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plant Controller to join our team at Nexans. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing financial guidance and support to our business leaders and management team.

• Perform monthly and yearly closing processes for the Group scope, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Support the Corporate team in analyzing P&L, OWC, and Cash deviations from forecast and budget.
• Collaborate with the CFO and Finance Team to prepare and articulate analysis on fixed cost evolution, manufacturing variances, and OWC and Cash generation.
• Maintain compliance with Corporate Requirements and ensure that all financial processes and internal controls are in place.
• Support local and group management in developing analysis to trace, explain, and improve main KPI related to P&L, OWC, and Cash.

• Master's Degree in Finance and Business Administration.
• Strong cost accounting expertise and local accounting knowledge.
• Excellent data analysis skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
• Results-oriented and digital mindset, with a willingness to travel throughout Italy and Europe as business needs require.
• Fluent English and Italian language skills.
• Finance SAP ERP and other finance tools experience is a plus.
