Position Summary

The project management team at TE Connectivity is tasked with overseeing the operational elements of projects from their initial stages through to execution. The Project Manager plays a pivotal role in coordinating cross-functional teams and acts as a liaison between project management, planning, project teams, and line management. This role involves assessing project statuses and budgets, organizing timelines, and generating progress reports. The Project Manager is responsible for identifying project-related challenges and devising solutions to meet specifications and objectives in productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction. Additionally, the Project Manager will establish methods for tracking project advancement and will engage in problem-solving alongside project managers, line managers, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee project scope, timeline, and financials for initiatives within the designated business area Direct assigned core teams to fulfill established objectives Effectively communicate roles, expectations, and responsibilities to team members regularly through a cross-functional KPI process Organize and facilitate design reviews, Design of Experiment (DoE), and continuous improvement initiatives Initiate and maintain project-related change and risk management processes Manage interactions within project teams with a proactive problem-solving approach Provide updates to all internal and external stakeholders regarding project status and activities

Required Qualifications:

Experience in Project Management Proficiency in English and Italian
