About the Role

The Executive Director, EMEA Planning will be responsible for leading the supply phase of our Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process. This involves collaborating with finance, sales, portfolio, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment and effective decision-making. You will provide strategic, financialized insights to guide decisions on supply chain risks, portfolio opportunities, and overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as production adherence, service levels, inventory, and costs.
  • Align global processes and data structures to ensure seamless integration and effective decision-making.
  • Foster close collaboration with sales teams and customers to improve demand plan accuracy.
  • Oversee business continuity planning and material master data management to support effective decision-making.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience in leading supply planning for multi-billion, multi-unit businesses.
  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills to work effectively across teams and regions.
  • Innovative thinking and leadership in transformational projects to drive continuous improvement and adaptability.
  • A customer-centric focus to enhance demand planning accuracy and overall service levels.

Qualifications

You will need:

  • Lean Six Sigma Certification (Green or Black Belt) demonstrating expertise in process improvement.
  • Collaborative leadership skills to partner with various stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Financial acumen to integrate financial insights into supply chain decisions.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain systems, ERP (SAP), and data management to support global alignment and optimization.
  • Transformational leadership skills to drive change initiatives within a matrix organization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • A strategic and innovative mindset to think critically and lead with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
