MongoDB, a leader in modern data solutions, is seeking an experienced Head of Global Partner Ecosystem Development to drive strategic partnerships and growth. With over 175,000 new developers joining our platform every month, we are expanding our partner ecosystem to meet the needs of our customers.

Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned professional with strong leadership skills and experience in building and executing strategies for partner engagement and success. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of technology and cloud environments, as well as excellent relationship-building skills with senior leaders across diverse partner organizations.

The successful candidate will lead a global team dedicated to building and strengthening relationships across our ISV, HyperScaler, and SI partner ecosystem. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Leadership Strategic Partnership Management
  • Guide a team of Partner Solution Architects to develop and maintain impactful relationships within the partner ecosystem
  • Craft and implement strategic initiatives that support partner success with MongoDB's platform
  1. Technical Enablement Market Relevance
  • Enable partners with knowledge, tools, and resources to drive technical alignment without requiring deep technical expertise
  • Support partners in understanding MongoDB's offerings and aligning them with their own solutions to address market needs and opportunities
  1. Business Development Ecosystem Expansion
  • Partner with sales and marketing teams to identify and capitalize on opportunities within the partner ecosystem
  • Drive joint business goals and expand MongoDB's market presence through co-branded solutions and joint proposals
  1. Inclusive Leadership Team Development
  • Cultivate an inclusive, high-performing team by setting high standards and encouraging diversity of thought
  • Provide mentorship and growth opportunities to promote a culture where all team members feel valued and supported
