About the Role

NTT DATA, a global leader in IT services, is seeking a highly skilled Lead Data Architect Azure to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading data and analytics projects on the Microsoft Azure platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage key client relationships and partnerships with Microsoft
  • Lead the Azure Center of Excellence, driving innovation and best practices
  • Design and implement data platforms using Azure data and AI services
  • Develop and maintain optimal data pipeline architecture
  • Mentor and guide other engineers in coding best practices and problem-solving
Requirements
  • Proven experience in data analytics, preferably from consulting companies
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in managing a team of BI/data analysts
  • Working experience in Azure cloud native environment
  • Experience and knowledge of big data architectures, cloud, and on-premise
Preferred Skills
  • Azure load and ingest services: Event Hub, Data Factory, Databricks
  • Azure main storage services: Data Lake Gen1, Data Lake Gen2, Delta Lake
  • Azure main process and serve services: Synapse, Databricks, Stream Analytics
  • Experience in building and delivering proofs-of-concept
  • Working experience in migrating workloads from on-premise to cloud environment
