About the Opportunity

The estimated annual salary for this position is $90,000 - $120,000.

Roquette is seeking a highly skilled Reliability Engineer to join our team in Cassano, Italy. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and maintainability of our plant-based equipment.

Your primary focus will be on managing and coordinating the maintenance activities of our team, including preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, and root cause failure analysis. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing maintenance strategies that improve efficiency and reduce downtime.

In addition to your technical skills, you will need excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive change within the organization.
