We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team at Viatris Company. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying and hiring top talent for positions across Italy and the pan-European region.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to ensure a diverse and qualified candidate pool.
- Partner with key stakeholders to understand emerging trends and opportunities that impact recruitment activities.
- Lead kickoff meetings with hiring managers to discuss role details and develop recruitment strategies.
- Analyze market descriptions and data to inform recruitment decisions.
- Establish strong business relationships with business leaders to understand their recruitment needs.
- Deliver and negotiate role offers with candidates, including salary packages and benefits.
- Build and maintain a strong talent brand through internal partnerships and external channel engagement.
- Report on recruitment metrics and KPIs, working closely with the Shared Service team.
- At least 2-3 years of Talent Acquisition/Recruitment experience, ideally in a pharmaceutical or technical environment.
- Strong execution capability, prioritization, and stakeholder trust-building skills.
- Desired experience working with a Talent Center of Excellence and HR Shared Service model.
- Authenticity, problem-solving abilities, and a strong desire to learn and grow professionally.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both oral and written.
- Proficiency in English, Italian language required, Romanian ideally.
