About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced EHS Sustainability Consultant to join our team in Milan, Italy. As a key member of our ERM team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients in the energy, technology, and mining sectors to achieve their sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement corporate Environmental, Health & Safety strategies and programs, including diagnostics, compliance, and technical audits.
  • Support the development of H&S training programs and field coaching, including competency assessment and human factor analysis.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of HSE and Sustainability governance processes to drive operational performance improvement.
  • Support specific sustainability activities, such as Low Carbon Economy Transition projects and Life-Cycle Assessments.
About You
  • Substantial experience in HSE and sustainability disciplines as a consultant or in industry.
  • Master's degree in environmental/Safety Engineering, Environmental/Natural resources Management, or other relevant disciplines.
  • Excellent working knowledge of English (C1) and knowledge of other languages, such as French, will be considered a plus.
  • Good knowledge of Italian HSE legislation and international HSE & Sustainability Guidelines/Standards.
