Bayer CropScience is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HSE Coordinator to join our team in Latina, Italy. As a key member of our sustainability team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health, safety, and environmental well-being of our employees, customers, and the community.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with corporate and local regulations.
  • Coordinate and conduct HSE training programs, audits, and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with site supervisors, employees, and external stakeholders to promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.
  • Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with regional networks and contribute to sub-regional projects to share best practices and drive sustainability initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, agronomy, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in HSE, auditing, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent knowledge of English and Italian, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
