Job Title: Site Manager

Adecco is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our team. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the delivery of services to our clients, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standard and within the agreed-upon timeframe.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate the team of personnel dedicated to providing services to clients
  • Analyze costs and activities, monitor and respect the budget allocated to the project
  • Support the Key Account Manager in managing and delivering services to clients, including cleaning, maintenance, waste management, and reception
  • Identify client needs and opportunities for growth in the area of responsibility, and develop solutions to resolve any issues related to the service
  • Support the Key Account Manager in managing relationships with the Global structure
  • Continuously evaluate and monitor the service, and measure performance using KPIs
Requirements:
  • Degree or Master's degree
  • Preferably 2-3 years of experience in a similar role in the Facility Management sector
  • Good knowledge of the English language (B2 level)
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Team working skills
