Senior Project Manager, Global Engineering Solutions

About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead our global engineering projects in Europe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for end-to-end ownership of large-scale engineering deployment projects, from study and planning to installation, commissioning, and launch support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead critical path items, dive deep into technical details, and provide innovative solutions to resolve issues.
- Assess and communicate project status, drive escalations on potential risks and delays across multiple teams.
- Prepare and conduct weekly standing meetings with internal teams and external vendors/contractors to plan and track deliverables.
- Create, submit, and track CAPEX documentation to ensure that all projects are delivered within budget and best overall value.
- Lead technical design reviews and propose design solutions for material handling and storage systems that meet both business needs and global design standards.
Requirements
- Proven technical leadership and project management experience in developing and executing complex and/or large-scale engineering projects.
- Relevant experience using MS Excel, AutoCAD, MS Project, and related software.
- Flexibility to travel up to 50% across projects in Europe.
- Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or equivalent.
- Comprehensive understanding of operational as well as reliability and maintenance processes including relevant software tools.
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
Salary: €80,000 - €120,000 per year, depending on experience.
Location: Vercelli, Italy (with up to 50% time traveling across Europe).
