Job Description

**Financial Planning and Analysis Officer**

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Officer to join our team at the Human Technopole Foundation. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in supporting the budgetary, cost accounting, control, and reporting activities for our National Facilities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Participate in the process of budgeting and forecasting to ensure accurate financial planning and projections.
  • Support cost accounting activities and internal invoice process to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Analyze deviations from the budget and propose corrective actions to ensure financial stability.
  • Collaborate in updating the accounting-management model of the Foundation to ensure compliance with new rules, directives, or changes in the organizational model.
  • Participate in the annual financial statements closing process to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
Mandatory Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics or Management Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite.
  • Good command of English.
Preferred Requirements:
  • Working knowledge of planning and control processes.
  • Working knowledge of management reporting processes.
  • Working knowledge of accounting processes and principles.
  • SAP experience, particularly in the FI, CO, and FM modules.
  • Use of Reporting and Business Intelligence tools.
  • Working experience in non-profit institutions, research institutes, or medium-large companies.
Organizational and Social Skills:
  • Proactivity in managing daily activities and critical issues.
  • Problem-solving orientation.
  • Analysis and synthesis skills.
