Position Snapshot
Permanent contract with technical education background or university degree in related fields (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Package Engineering)
Knowledge of glass packaging, metal caps and secondary & tertiary packaging processes
3 years of experience in Operation or R&D in the water & beverage industry
Proficiency in English and Italian is required (French is a plus)

Job Description

The ideal candidate will provide expertise and support to our factories in line with Zone EUR and Business priorities. Key responsibilities include:
• Industrializing glass bottles, metal caps and related secondary & tertiary packaging processes
• Providing expert support for industrial processes (e.g., capping)
• Leading packaging project management activities
• Identifying, performing or supporting packaging projects to achieve objectives such as packaging material harmonization, sustainability initiatives, cost optimization, regulatory compliance and new supplier integrations

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven track record in delivering results working with cross-functional teams in international environments
  • Ability to work as a team and lead projects to successful completion
  • Solid packaging industry experience with knowledge of Water, Beverages packaging, Blowing/Injection Process experts
Competitive Salary and Benefits

Our estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and location. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a dynamic international working environment with opportunities for development and a comprehensive benefits package.
