Content Developer

At Danaher Corporation, we are seeking a highly skilled Content Developer to join our team. As a key member of our Learning and Development Team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality, user-centered content that supports our operations team's success.

• Develop clear and concise SOPs, Work Instructions, and other formalized documents that meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with subject-matter experts to ensure specialized topics are accurately addressed.
• Review and/or copyedit content developed by other team members to ensure consistency and quality.
• Act as a technical writing consultant, providing start-to-finish document development and professional advice to the operations team.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in technical writing, project management, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite Tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Previous experience in operations, engineering, or operations support is a plus.
• Instructional Design experience is also a plus.

• A competitive salary range of $85,000-$105,000.
• Eligibility for bonus/incentive pay.
